Services
Scoped to your problem.
Built to reach production.
SaaS platforms, AI products, Flutter apps, and HIPAA-compliant medical tools — built by one senior US-based engineer, owned by you.
Every engagement below is scoped to your problem, and you own what comes out of it. See how that looks in practice →
SaaS & Web Platforms
Your idea as a live product — auth, payments, dashboards. Most MVPs launch in 8-12 weeks.
AI-Powered Products
Chatbots, image recognition, automation — built for production, not demos.
Mobile & Web Apps
One codebase for iOS, Android, and web. Native feel at half the cost.
Cloud Infrastructure
Scalable backends with CI/CD, monitoring, and security from day one.
How I work
What working with me actually involves
You work directly with the engineer
IN2Labs is a one-person senior practice. There is no account manager between you and the person writing your code, nothing is handed off to an offshore team or to junior staff learning on your budget, and the person who scopes the work is the person who does it. That is the whole reason a practice this size can move quickly — there is no coordination overhead to pay for.
You see working software every week
Not status percentages or slide decks — running code you can click. Weekly demos are the mechanism that keeps a project honest: scope drift, wrong assumptions, and misread requirements surface within days instead of at the end of a quarter.
You own everything
The source code, the repositories, the cloud project, the domain, and the app store listings are yours and live in accounts with your name on them from day one. There is no migration at the end of the engagement, because there is nothing to migrate. Every project ends with documentation and a walkthrough so your team — or your first in-house engineering hire — can carry it forward without me.
I tell you what not to build
The most useful thing a senior engineer offers is subtraction. Most first versions carry features that could safely wait until someone has paid for the product, and cutting them is the cheapest way to protect your budget. If your scope is bigger than your question requires, I will say so before you sign anything.
Regulated software is a first-class capability
If your product touches protected health information, compliance is an architectural constraint rather than a phase at the end. I have shipped health systems in production to the highest standard — encrypted health data, queryable audit logging, role-based access controls, and BAA coverage across the vendor stack — see the Preventa Wellness case study for how that plays out in practice.
Engagement models
Fractional CTO
Ongoing senior technical leadership — architecture, strategy, and hiring — without a full-time executive.
Embedded engineering
A senior US-based engineer working alongside your developers on code review, architecture, or specific features.
Technical triage
A free 30-minute review of an existing codebase, architecture, or vendor situation. No pitch.
Pricing is fixed-scope for defined projects and retainer-based for ongoing leadership. I accept cash, equity, or a combination — see fractional CTO rates and what an MVP actually costs for realistic ranges.
