IN2Labs helps startups and growing companies make the right technical decisions and ship production software — as a fractional CTO, a hands-on engineering team, or both. We work directly with founders and technical leaders, not through account managers or layers of junior staff.
We're deliberately small. A boutique, US-based studio out of Boston — not an outsourcing operation with a bench of interchangeable developers. The engineer you talk to on the first call is the one who designs your architecture and writes your code. That model has earned us clients well beyond New England, from Arizona to Atlanta.

Our founder, Eric P. Hassey, has 15+ years across defense systems, AI medical devices, and consumer apps — including R&D as part of a research group at MIT and NSF SBIR-funded work.
