Who we are

This site is operated by IN2Labs, LLC, based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Contact: hello@in2labs.dev.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form or book a call, we receive the information you provide: name, email address, optional company, and message. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, our form-handling provider; booking requests are processed by Cal.com. Each is governed by its own privacy policy.

We do not store this information in any database we operate. Inbound contact form messages are delivered to our team email and retained as long as needed to respond.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. GA4 sets first-party cookies in your browser and shares aggregated, pseudonymized data with Google.

Consent is opt-in. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with all consent categories set to "denied" by default. GA4 only stores cookies and sends identifying data after you click Accept in our consent banner. If you decline, GA4 receives only minimal, cookieless pings — enough for aggregate traffic counts, with no cross-session identity.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of the personal information you have submitted to us. To exercise these rights, email hello@in2labs.dev. We respond within 30 days.

You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS preload. We do not operate any user database and rely on Formspree, Cal.com, and Firebase for processing — each of which provides industry-standard security controls.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you via the consent banner or by email.
